Darlington Academy of Performing Arts - come and join the award winning Performing Arts Academy

We are passionate about bringing affordable classes to our community and therefore we keep our class prices low, we don't charge for extra rehearsals leading up to shows, and we almost entirely pay for cast costumes ourselves through fundraising.

Our students range from age 2 years old in our Baby dance classes going up to 18 years old in our Mainstage classes and we have an adult class for ages 16 Plus.

We love performing arts and we believe the skills you learn from performing arts helps set you up for life so we are passionate about reaching out to as many people as we can. 

⭐️ Come join us this term at DAPA - learn to Sing, Dance and Act at Darlington's award winning Performing Arts Academy.

⭐️ Make memories to last a lifetime in a family orientated, encouraging and safe environment.

⭐️ Build confidence, make friends, be part of a family, doing what you enjoy the most - to Perform!

⭐️ Students perform in several shows a year including full scale musicals and shows/showcases written by the DAPA team, these specially written shows give lots of individuals a chance to shine with cameo parts, and solo lines as well as the typical lead roles.

⭐️ Class sizes are kept small to allow more attention to each student.
