The Enrichment Partnership Project
What is this?
The Enrichment Partnership is a pilot funded by the DfE and DCMS, led by the DofE and NCS , aiming to improve the enrichment offer and engagement of Darlington and the surrounding area’s secondary schools, through co-design and the collaboration of schools and communities.
The Benefits
Students gain valuable exposure to different activities and opportunities, learning a wide range of skills which will then go on to support their mental health, studies and future career paths. Enrichment can help develop professional skills, build confidence, critical thinking skills and communication skills and inform future academic choices. Employers benefit by meeting potential future hires and shaping young talent within their local community.
How to get involved
Organisations, businesses, and clubs are invited to complete the form via their page link below to register their interest and advertise their opportunities for young people. If you are unsure how you can get involved please get in contact for a chat.
All partner employers will feature on our employer wall (below) where students can research them and link to early career opportunities.
